At Kemelle, we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and worry-free. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. To make it simple, we have a clear Return & Exchange Process to assist you.
General Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at support@kemelle.com with your order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
Step 2: Ship Your Product Back
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with our return/exchange address. Please ship the item back within 7 days, following the instructions provided.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery confirmation.
Please note: return shipping fees are not covered by Kemelle.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange
After we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Depending on your request, we will either:
Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
Send you a replacement item.
Important Notes
Please contact us first before sending any returns. Returns sent without prior approval (including those left at the post office or refused at delivery) will not be accepted.
Make sure to email us at Support@kemelle.com with “RETURN” in the subject line when initiating your request.
Refunds and exchanges are available only for items covered under our Return & Exchange Policy.
